Equus asinus …. not what you think!
No …. it’s not a sexual position!
The Equus asinus is the much maligned donkey.
We have ‘adopted’ a donkey called Lorcan for a year.
A lady from the Donkey Sanctaury in Liscarroll (near Mallow) in Co. Cork visited the school.
She spoke to the pupils about the work of the sanctuary.
The Donkey Sanctuary do great work. If you feel the need to sponsor/spend your money you could do no better than support a very worthy cause.
They do trojan work there.
The pupils learned a lot from the visit.
