Sleep, sleep and more sleep
I could sleep for Ireland.
I could also stay up all night for Ireland.
I couldn’t manage much else for Ireland.
I’m always tired. I haven’t the energy to walk the dogs lately.
I lack motivation. I lack a reason to try to succeed.
I’m off to bed again.

Now for homework tomorrow I want you to do something against the tide. I’m not talking about water here, I mean something that you have never done before… Drive to a different town and invite a young lady that you have never met before for coffee or an ice cream. Find out all you can about her and report back to me!

Awww Paddy. I had a wet sunday yesterday and spent most of it on the couch. The R & R has done me good, up bright and sparky this morning! We all need a recharge now and then.
